GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Number of recruitment: 01;
  2. Experience required: At least 06 (six) years of experience in a sales or customer service role.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE 

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs;
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals;
  • Work with BD & account and other internal teams to develop & execute plans and ensure KPIs are being met;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company's products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs;
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs;
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices,...;
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization;
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly;
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 06 (six) years of experience in a sales or customer service role;
  • Advanced negotiation skills to close contracts;
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs;
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients;
  • Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior;
  • English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

WORKING TIME

  • Monday: Morning 8:00 - 12:00, Afternoon 13:30 - 17:30;
  • Tuesday - Friday: Morning 9:00 - 12:00, Afternoon 13:30 - 17:30;
  • Saturday: Morning 9:00 - 12:00, Afternoon: OFF;
