QA/QC Tester

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a QA/QC Tester to join our fast-paced ad tech team. As a QA/QC Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to deliver bug-free and user-friendly experiences for our clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
• Perform manual and automated testing for web applications and RESTful APIs;
• Test end-to-end user flows, including campaign creation, tracking, billing, and performance reports;
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira);
• Collaborate with developers to understand features and verify bug fixes;
• Test integrations with third-party advertising APIs (TikTok Ads, Meta, Google Ads, etc.);
• Ensure UI/UX consistency across devices and platforms;
• Perform regression testing and sanity checks before releases;
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with stakeholders and internal users

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 - 3+ years of experience as a QA/QC Tester or similar role;
• Experience with testing web applications and APIs (REST);
• Familiar with tools like Postman, Swagger, JMeter, or similar;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and best practices;
• Experience with cross-browser and responsive testing;
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality products;
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development process;
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

• Experience in the ad tech or digital marketing industry;
• Knowledge of API automation testing (e.g., using Postman or REST Assured);
• Familiar with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar;
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Lark;
• Understanding of ad campaign lifecycle, media buying platforms (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

WORKING HOURS

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM;
• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM;
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Afternoon off);
