Senior Designer UI/UX (Project-based)

Zafago, a leading Digital Marketing & Performance Agency, is looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer (Project-based) to join our creative team.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Position: Senior UI/UX Designer (Remote)

• Engagement Type: Project-based / Freelance Contract

• Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with one on-site day per week at Zafago’s office for reporting and team meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design UI/UX solutions focused on digital marketing, dashboards, and ads-related web projects.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define project goals and identify design problems.

• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, and engaging user interfaces.

• Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Maintain and update documentation on design systems and style guidelines.

• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

• Keep up with latest UI/UX trends and advocate for design best practices across teams.

• Provide design support to other departments when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally within an agency, marketing, or digital product environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).

• Strong sense of visual design, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Solid understanding of responsive design and front-end basics (HTML/CSS) for collaboration with developers.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions clearly.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects (websites, dashboards, marketing visuals).

WORKING HOURS

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM;
• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM;
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Afternoon off
